Our Position, Simply Stated

Your privacy is not a legal formality to us. It is the foundation this platform is built on. If you cannot trust us with your information, nothing else we build matters.

What We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to run your builds and your agent relationship:

• Build dataYour prompts, the apps you describe, the outputs your agents produce.
• Account informationEmail and/or phone number — only if you choose to provide them.
• Agent memoriesOnly if you opt in. Stored encrypted. Used only to personalize your agent sessions.
• Session informationBasic technical data (browser type, general location) needed to run the service.

Your Memories

Agent memories are the most sensitive thing we hold. Here is exactly how they work:

• ✓Used to build a better personal relationship between you and your agent across sessions.
• ✓Stored encrypted at rest. Only your agent and you can access them.
• ✗Never used for advertising, profiling, or recommendation systems.
• ✗Never shared with other users, applications, or third parties — ever.
• ✗Never sold. Not now, not if we raise funding, not if we are acquired. This is a hard rule.

You can delete all of your memories at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What We Do Not Collect

• —We do not track you across the web.
• —We do not sell your data to data brokers.
• —We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that build behavioral profiles.
• —We do not share your contact information with any external parties without your explicit consent.

Guest Users

If you build as a guest, we store only what is needed to process your build. We do not tie that build to a permanent profile unless you choose to create an account. If you provide an email or phone for build confirmation, it is used only for that confirmation and nothing else unless you later create an account.

Your Rights

You can, at any time:

• Request a full export of everything we hold about you
• Delete your memories without deleting your account
• Delete your account and all associated data permanently
• Change your consent settings from opt-in to opt-out (or back)

A Note on Trust

We are asking you to trust us with something personal — the working relationship between you and your AI agent. We take that seriously. We are not a data company. We are a builder platform. Your data is not our product. Your success with the platform is.
